Many congratulations on the CC!!

But I don't understand how this can be the case? Did you have the process expedited? There are people on here who haven't had their case reviewed yet and their scan dates were 10-16th Dec. It seems painfully unfair.

My scan date was the 22nd Dec. Hoping to hear back by the end of next week

Nope! We did not. This was a miracle from God that we prayed for, and believed that God would answer. All we did was to make sure that the documents were done up properly. We would re-read and double check VJ for similarities, then submit the documents. However, on Sunday, January 4, 2015, I prayed to God and told Him that I believed that He can cut down our review time, and so I am asking Him for 30 days. Both my husband and I tried to call NVC a couple times, but neither of us got any response. I read the horror stories with the NVC on here, and we decided that we would not want any of that, so we prayed about the process daily.

I know that it was not for God to give us an early CC, so after we asked, every day we just focussed on "thanking" Him for the answer..,and we got it. The Bible says faith can move mountains, and we believed. We have had no problems with this process, and will continue to pray until this journey is ended.

Rather than worrying about the issues, just pray and believe.

Oh, got it! But yeah, original goes to the IRS, so all you have are copies ;) So, keep a copy for yourself for your own records, and then scan/email a copy to your spouse. And if you get the transcript in time, then send that as that's typically preferred over the tax return.

Well, if you just completed your taxes, it'll take awhile before the transcripts are available, especially if they're not done electronically.

And um, ya, you should be answering those questions honestly, so you know the answer to them if you ever forget your password :P:lol:

Hello I love your story and of course God have his hand in your case as he does for everyone else but I think it's inportant for others for you to provide correct infor. Your scan date is the day NVC received your IV package or AOS package which is last. Not your DS260. Your timeline says you sent it 12/08 do roughly if NVC received and had your scan date as a few days after that then you got your CC at around 60 days!
