Thank you all here's what my fiance said...2 guys in front of him got DENIED not enough evidence :/ .... they took my fiances EVIDENCE at window 1 when he got called the CO asked him

1.how did you meet ure fiance

2.who does she live with

3 are you planning kids together since she has 2 already..my fiance said YES she has 2 daughters and we wanna go for a son :)

CO kept looking at him with a smile for a whole minute holding my fiances passport ,my fiance said i kept looking at him directly in his eyes with a smile on my face (" i was like oookkkkaayy what now")

Co said U GOT URE VISA HAVE A WONDERFUL LIFE TOGETHER

out of EXCITEMENT my fiance literally hit the table with his hand and said HELL YESSSSS CO jumped and ( suprised) my fiance said am sorry am sorry but u just CHANGED MY WHOLE LIFE lol CO smiled and said get ure visa this week and have a safe flight :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

THANK YOUUUU AGAIN EVERYONE ...BE PREPARED with plenty of evidence my fiance also took an engraved bracelet with our names on it i got for him and he gave them on window 1 with the rest of papers and pics...

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

wow congrats.......... Mine, I've been waiting on my Noa2. we filed in Feb. 2014... I keep getting the same answers from the call centers and via email..Also the congress got involve and called CSC, their response were the same of what they told me background check , security check !!!! Should I call them once a week to bug them about my case? No RFE

Last email from them was sent January 24, 2015:
Thank you for sending our office your inquiry. USCIS computer systems show that you constituents petition or application is still pending consideration. The processing of the petition has been delayed. All petitions and application received by USCIS are required to have routine security checks. This is resulting in delays of the adjudication of petition and applications. We have no control over how long these security checks will take; therefore we cannot determine when they will be completed.

Any one else in the same was mine? Over 11 months waiting then got approved? What was your timeline?

Our lovely journey!!

10/08/2015: AOS packet sent to USCIS (Chicago lockbox) via USPS Priority mail (They received it 10/10/15).

10/16/2015: Text/eEmails received from USCIS with receipt number. We received 3.

10/22/2015: Received hard copies of NOA's for I-131, I-765, & I-485.

11/01/2015: Got NOA for biometrics appt (for 11/12/15).

11/03/2015: Did WALK IN biometrics appt - took 15 mins. Person taking said work permit should be in mail in less than 4 wks.

12/09/2015: Got email/text notification for INTERVIEW date.

12/28/2015: Got email/text notification EAD card has been mailed.

12/31/2015: Received EAD/AP card.

01/11/2016: INTERVIEW (in Los Angeles office).

01/11/2016: Case in in "CONTINUANCE". Awaiting approval. (Feels like AP).

06/27/2016: I-485 APPROVED - (FINALLY!!!) / 264 DAYS (8 MONTHS 20 DAYS)

07/01/2016: GREEN CARD RECEIVED

Can I just say this just made me soooo happy. It will be 7 months next week, but reading this really just gave me a little glimpse of what it will feel like when this is all over...Truly wish you guys the best!!!
