How many weeks to Approval or RFE?

We filed AOS (K1 to Green Card), EAD, and AP on Dec 9, 2014,

and had Biometrics on Jan 12, 2015.

For those of you that have gone through this,

I would appreciate it, if you can tell me roughly how long it took

to get your approval or RFE on AOS, EAD, and AP?

I can only speak for our case but here is our Time line on the Ap/Ead Card.

Bio. Appt. : 2014-09-04 Approved Date : 2014-09-25 Date Card Received : 2014-10-03

The AOs part can take longer depending on your local office and how busy they are. See our timeline

The office we are in is small and not busy. Larger cities can take longer. If you get an interview waiver letter. It can take up to a year for the GC.

Usually USCIS sent an RFE before biometric appointment. It takes roughly - based on my friend's experience- up to 5 months with the interview for AoS. If included waived interview for AoS, it takes up to a year. My EAD came somewhere around 2 months after my biometric appointment.

I think you are talking about these, but they don't have timeline on RFE.

My case was unusual. However, after biometrics, it took about two months to get EAD/AP Combo Card. Due to background checks from a poor fingerprinting, our GC took about two years to receive. They have revamped the fingerprinting system to recognize when fingerprint screening is a good scan, so as long as all 10 were in green, you should not have any problems.

Normally, it takes from 8 months to one year to be approved for your GC, unless you are fortunate enough to get an interview.

In addition to Brother Darnell's good info, here is another VJ link with EAD/AP (I-765/I-131) Processing Times, easily accessible at the top of the forum page: http://www.visajourney.com/content/times . They seem to consistent with the general forum estimate of 60-90 days for processing of EAD/AP applications.

A review of pertinent recent AOS Progress forum threads would reveal that times associated with RFE processing and AOS approvals are all over the board, likely due to numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the individual nature of RFEs, possible AOS interview waivers, workload shifting by USCIS at the various services centers and local offices, etc.

does anyone know the time line for Baltimore cause i received a letter for my bio metrics like 2-3 weeks after i sent my aos off but now i have a RFE so they stopped processing my I-485 until i can give them the evidence im nervous about what the RFE is gonna be ><
