So, I was in the process of updating my wiki with the new menu changes and realized I still had the DOS number listed, even though they took that option away awhile ago. I thought I'd call the number

Awaiting CC, crossing my fingers for no checklists, file date November 7th... :clock:

I am November 7 as well and few more with Nov 7 scan date are waiting GOOD LUCK!!!!

Happy New Years to all VJ'ers (F) It's exciting times for all of us with Nov. scan dates of I.V & AOS packs. I saw a case complete yesterday on the Dec. NVC Filers thread that was "Nanana" with a Nov. 12th scan date and no checklists. And I believe there were a few others in recent days that were for Nov. original scan dates getting case complete. We're Nov. 17th so really hoping to hear something in the next 10 days. Anyone who had an original scan date in Nov. would love to hear from you. Any checklists yet? CC's. Positive thoughts for all to get through this process as quickly as possible!

Happy New year to vj members

i am on my 8 month with nvc, scan date nov 19.

unfortunately, i am one of these who stuck with NVC, i hope i will hear some news in the coming 2 weeks.

Any cc please post it guys ..it will help others to track their case..

19 NOV still waiting

19-11-2014 checklist received at nvc (60 days email)

16-01-2014 - Case completed (N/A on NVC wedsite)

20-01-2015 - Case completed Email with checklist

04-02-2015 - Interview scheduled

consulate
04-03-2015 - Medical
12-03-2015 - Interview
27-03-2015 - Visa in hand
02-05-2015 - POE

2013/12/02 : Got Married in India
2014/02/13 : Mailed I-130 application
2013/02/18 : NOA 1
2014/06/04 : Received NOA2


NATIONAL VISA CENTER (NVC):
2014/06/30 : National Visa Center (NVC) received approved I-130 petition from Vermont Service Centre
2014/07/10 : National Visa Center (NVC) Case Number, IIN & BIN generated.
2014/07/18 : DS-261 available. Completed & submitted online.
2014/07/18 : AOS fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/08/15 : Mailed AOS package (Scan date-19th August)

2014/09/04 : IV fee bill invoiced & paid online.

2014/09/06 : Mailed IV package (scanned into system on September 10th)

2014/09/10 : Submitted DS-260

2014/11/07: New scan date for AOS checklist

2015/01/05: Case Complete

New to NVC how long to get case # :ranting:

The reps will most likely tell you 42 days. Most receive it around a month. Good luck!

USCIS

10-24-14 : I-130 sent from South Africa to Chicago Lockbox

11-03-14 : NOA1, Case Transferred to California Service Center

11-24-14 : NOA2

NVC

12-12-14 : Case received by NVC

01-15-15 : Case # Assigned

01-15-15: DS-261 completed

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

02-11-15: IV bill invoiced & paid

02-14-15: DS-260 completed

04-01-15: Case Complete

04-16-15: P4 e-mail

05-14-15: Interview Date

05-25--15 : POE, time to MOVE!!!!

Removal of Conditions

O my father, that is scary 8 mths? We going on 5 cuz a dumb aos mistake. New scan date Dec16.
