Holy my K-1 got approved yesterday and holy I only sent it to Dallas 25 days ago! Seriously!!!!

I'm expecting the NOA2 in the mail in the next few days, guys, i'm FREAKING out with excitement.

WHAT NEXT? Help i'm too happy/excited to even think <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

I'm totally unprepared! The processing time for the CSC said 5 months but it didn't even take them one month!

mine won't be approved until sometime in February 2015 if I am lucky. I sent mine in the 1st week of March. so unfair.

MAY 01, 2014: Met in person and got Engaged!
JULY 01, 2014: Sent I-129F Packet to Dallas Lockbox
JULY 04, 2014: Received via USPS Tracking
JULY 09, 2014: USCIS received the case - route to CSC - notified via email/text
JULY 10, 2014: NOA1 Hardcopy received and ARN changed
SEPTEMBER 26, 2014: Approved!!! (via USCIS site)...yipeee!!!! (80 days from NOA1)
OCTOBER 01, 2014: Got NOA2 Hardcopy
OCTOBER 15, 2014: Called NVC and got our MNL case # (19 days after approval)
OCTOBER 20, 2014: Paid the visa fee (BPI)
OCTOBER 22, 2014: Case status "In Transit". Completed and submitted DS-160 Form
OCTOBER 23, 2014: CEAC status "READY"
OCTOBER 30, 2014: Received NVC Letter thru mail (letter dated October 21st)

I had a very similar experience, mine took 26 days. Here's me thinking I'd have 5 months to prepare everything! Congrats =D. Next step is getting your documents ready for the interview. You'll get a letter from the embassy that will give you information on what to gather, but there's loads of guides around here to help.

Yay congratulations! Next step is for the petitioner to send evidence of financial support to the beneficiary, whilst the petition is processed by NVC and sent to the embassy, and then the beneficiary can book their medical and ordering their police check(s). :)

Immigration Timeline

 

June 2013: Met whilst working at a summer camp in Michigan 

K1

November 1st 2014: I-129f submitted for K1 visa

February 24th 2015: Visa in hand!

February 26th 2015: POE at Las Vegas airport, then onwards to Oregon! 

March 6th 2015: Marriage (with a "real" wedding to follow next year on 7/6/2016)

March 9th 2015: AOS, EAD & AP submitted

September 22nd 2015: Interview

January 14th 2016: Two year Green card received -phew!

ROC

August 8th 2017: 90 day window begins! ROC time!

September 28th 2017: Biometric Appointment in Portland, OR

March 5th 2018: Case received by local office

August 18th 2018: 18 month extension letter mailed

December 2018: Case moved to another office

February 2019: I was emailed that I was approved and my card was in production the same day of my N400 interview 😂

N400

August 8th 2018: Window opens to submit naturalization application

August 13th 2018: N400 Application submitted online 

August 14th 2018: NOA1

September 6th 2018: Biometrics

February 6th 2019: Interview Date! APPROVED!

February 6th 2019: I was asked to return later the same day for my Oath Ceremony! :dance:

Congrats.

When we received ours, I waited about two weeks and then called the NVC and got the case # after which I had my fiance log onto the embassy website and file the DS-160,

How exciting :) Blessings
