Mine said that as well. They all do. I believe they use the standard paragraph for K1's and CR1's. Unless you have an embassy that schedules it for you, they won't. Mine said it, and we schedule our own.

oh looky, they actually moved the official date to NOV 10. Great, now we are even officially out of the "normal" rang. Not a record I wanted for us to break. Today is our 9monthversary and we are still in "received"

Now what can we do? Put in an inquiry, tell the congress people we are out of regular processing and to inquire again and info pass?

And first wait for tom to see if me got approved today, right? I can dream, at least :-D

Yesii75 I am so happy that you have scheduled your cita.I had to schedule 2 weeks later due to work and the Ticket cost are outrageous either way by the grace of God we will have our future husbands here soon it seems surreal. Let me know how the cita goes.

Hi I have a question for the Dominican Embassy maybe NikkiG or Yesii75 can answer or it might be a general question. When you check your status on the CEAC site what does it say? Does it say it is at NVC or is it supposed to say it is at the embassy? Mine has not changed but i was able to schedule my interview with no problems. Is the site working? Did i schedule too fast?

Ceac is not embassy specific I don't think. When it's in transit it says in transit. When it says ready, it means ready for interview. Then after interview it says AP then issued. Is that what you mean?

To answer specific case questions while it's in the country, I would recommend calling your embassy because they can give you a better idea! :)
