I really can't believe this, I wont even know what to say. TSC has got to be the most inefficient, unorganized place :(

I really can't believe this, I wont even know what to say. TSC has got to be the most inefficient, unorganized place :(

I do know that RFE's I believe I've seen 2 to 4 weeks as a general processing time. I really hope you hear something tonight!

On USCIS case statut it says that we have to wait by july 20, so we can't send inquiry, all we have to do is to stay strong and wait...

I really hope that the officers treating september files are still alive.

I really hope that the officers treating september files are still in live.

It will happen - I heard back 11 days after my RFE response. You are not too much more than that, and there was a US holiday in there that would impact that. Hopefully you will hear something shortly!

I have continued to watch this (I'm not leaving until everyone is through) and my heart breaks every day for all those still in TSC hell. The pain and suffering that everyone has gone through and continues to endure is beyond measure. It rises to the level of being sadistic.

I know that some escaped TSC hell earlier than others but then for a lot of us it isn't even clear sailing once we escape. The processes at the some of the consulates are screwed up as well.

Hang it there everyone and keep pushing, calling and generally making noise. Here's hoping for a lot approvals tonight.

I have continued to watch this (I'm not leaving until everyone is through) and my heart breaks every day for all those still in TSC hell. The pain and suffering that everyone has gone through and continues to endure is beyond measure. It rises to the level of being sadistic.

I'll saY again today, the amount of support shown on a daily basis here is pretty darn amazing. I wish to no-one to be in the position some of us are still in, but the constant flow of people showing empathy and sharing a kind word is overwhelming, and makes the situation somewhat "better". So thank you again. I am still thinking about you all and hoping to hear good news about visas being approved!

None here, they should have replied to our inquiry last night but, just like patiandjoe, nothing. Rich will call back first thing Monday morning. I wonder if we'll get our NOA2 before I fly in, next sunday..

I did my waiting! 9 months of it.. IN TSC!

On 268th day still nothing.

We decided to wait until June 11th and then call back if we won't hear anything by then. My fiance will be pushing to gain as much information as possible.

The next step we are going to make is file a complaint to the ombudsman office, since after the unresolved inquiry and 9 months of waiting we will have a more compelling story to tell.
