Anyone following the group on Facebook? Do we know what date they are on right now?

I deactivated my account, since i was getting fed up with all my friends and their spouses tagging themselves in on random adventures and all the pictures. I know I should be happy for people, and I am, but it's very hard to sit by and watch it all. Just to avoid my negativity towards others, I thought it'll be best to just walk away and what you don't see can't hurt you, that's the logic I'll stick to.

Made a huge difference, I was much happier today.:dance:

They start moving fast and then get stuck on some random date! I was hoping they'd get done with July this week at least.

Thanks, Tavotevi. That's probably because i'm only early in the process. Unfortunately, NVC likes to hand out checklists (that add 60 days) for very small reasons so it might not always look this smooth sailing.

My husband is being "removed" from my country (UK) in a couple of weeks for no reason other than I used to be a US resident and the UK thinks I can move back. My 5 year old daughter and I are heartbroken but if i'm lucky with the rest of the process we should all be reunited by January (I hope).

Be sure to fill out your signature and keep your timeline up to date. Also, feel free to complain and share your thoughts. The people in this thread are quite lovely :luv:

If you have done everything right so far im sure you will be receiving good news soon! Stay positive ? i know how you feel, me and my daughter came back from mexico so she can start her new school year here..it was heartbreaking to leave my husband, specially because i dont think we can afford another trip soon! It might be until his jnterview ? who knows how long that will take.. Im trying to tell myself itll be not more than 6 months ? ill definetly keep posting on this thread..but sometimes i feel clueless and dont want to ask a silly question! Lol

I am confused, what does this mean? I thought you were waiting for CC?

Sounds sort of like what happened to me. The rep on the phone told me they were waiting on my AOS checklist response, when it had already been reviewed and my case was filed. However, the reviewer did not complete my case and it was appearing they were still waiting for the documents they had reviewed already. It took a supervisor pulling my file and reviewing it again to get my case complete.

When the rep told me they would log a supervisor review and it would take 60 days, I started crying and they finally let me speak directly to a supervisor who was able to get my file and review it in only 3 business days. Keep calling until they let you speak to a supervisor, you have waited long enough!

Oh so happy, a step in the right direction wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hoooooooooooooooooooooo the other stuff will get there soon no worries.

I called NVC and spoke to Amanda same old same old and she must have heard my voice crack and I told her what the two supervisors said about the AOS that is was accepted so she asked me to wait came back and said they should have moved my case a long a few days ago. That my AOS has some mistakes and I don't believe that because a genius helped me actually did the whole thing for me so not sure what mistakes they are talking about and said I'll be getting an e-mail about that but to send it to the Embassy corrected. I freaked out because my computer crashed and I lost everything but checked in case I had hard copies and yup sure enough I do.

Yes Amanda same thing happened to me but I know my AOS was approved and with no flaws but now they are saying there are flaws which is impossible because of who filled them out for me. A genius really.

So as of now, with no e-mail or Paid changing to N/A and only on the word of Amanda I have CC. I want to thank all of you for being here for me when I needed you and you know who you are. There are so many but just a few Maria&Abdo (L) , MoBar a fountain of knowledge and logic a genius, My angel's Samreen (L) &, EOC4ever , Austin (L) , TM , Romii , Jsumner (L) which I thank so much for lending me his beautiful wife's time when I needed her the most, Anuspras , Amanda , e&g (L) , Robisons , BatmanFlow , ArthurandMarcela (L) I miss you girl, Altito , NordicTim , Tavotevi (L) , IslAmy (L) , Ketsuban , TargetNovember 14 , AmberG , Bdrew612 (L) , CanGir l, Changnoi (L) , Etrangais , Hope88 (L) , Kokokoko (L) , Lucky79 , Lakehouse , Mandy_Amro , Megwin , Meg 654 (L) ,
