LOL I got the email same time as you 2 am...and I wasn't as patient, I already called lol. She told allow up to a week before you can pay. Im hoping its available soon cuz its driving me crazy!

Well, that information just set me off. I was going to reply a big long rant but decided against it. A week is nuts though. You don't allow emails to be sent out saying "Pay your fee now!" and not have that ready. It better be today.

It is so wonderful to see so many Case Completes today. Congratulations to you all.

Let's hope NVC keep forging ahead with some sense of urgency and that we can all be reunited with our loved ones as soon as possible.

Yes... NVC have been abnormally slow since Labor Day, not only in reviewing packages, but also in scheduling and mailing out cases to Consulates. They seem to have picked up the pace yesterday.

20-AUG-2014 AOS fee changed to N/A (Final clearance for interview scheduling?)

29-AUG-2014 Consular Interview scheduled on Oct 1st. Later rescheduled to Sep 24th. P4 Letter received following business day

14-SEP-2014 CEAC status changed to Ready

Maybe they didn't expect me to wake up early, but sending me this IV invoice without updating CEAC is killing me now. Way to get my hopes up just to have to sit and wait for however many hours longer.

Editing to add: my invoice says September 5th even. It's so wrong that it's hilarious. I'm impatient.

Same here. Filed July 30. Received e-mail with IV invoice this morning Sept. 10. Invoice dated Sept. 05.

Nothing on CEAC yet.

I received a second IV invoice this morning also. My email was mid morning PST and I was able to pay when I got home from work at around 7:30 pm. That being said, when I was checking the ceac website at work I was just logging on and not clicking on the "pay now" button after a while because I thought it was supposed to change to "not paid" or something but it didn't, just stayed pay now. So it may have been available earlier...

Also, I'm not saying the new process is all in effect but it does seem like there's a flood of IV fees, including from people who submitted the ds261 a few weeks after me. Just a thought!

NVC is all over the place. This person told me 60 days for the DS 261 to be reviewed. That's fine, I asked him should I follow the new or the old process, he said new process and I should wait to send my AOS and IV package together

So I told him if I should follow the new process then shouldn't the fees be available in 15 days? He said no for the fees the timing can slightly fluctuate due to work load. Slightly...

But he insisted I send both packages together and wait for the other fees first.

Yesterday someone at NVC told me to send them together but not wait for the fees.

NVC is such a circus.

NVC is notorious for giving conflicting infos.

Hi guys! Again, thanks for the helpful responses. Just called NVC, and they said if I already sent AOS, I don't need to include another one...Thanks to God for that!

But she said I should change ATN: CMR to ATN:DR for the IV package.

Basing it on the info from the NVC link I posted, I guess (ATN: DR) is the new rule for all documents that haven't been sent yet.
