When is the update gonna take place in the processing time chart my dear friends???

Not really putting much stock in that. If you read through some of the previous comments here, that date is not truly reflective of processing times. Many say they have received approvals that filed this year. I went to immigrate2us and most all of the filers from 2014 have been approved. I guess they have a few lagging cases from 2014 that makes them put that date up there. I believe Feb/March receipt dates are being approved or will soon hear something.

We just received the I-797C receipt date August 4, 2015.....waiting game begins.

It seems like the constant update date changes on the CEAC website are normal. I was refused in Montreal on February 2015 and I have seen constant updates since that day. My receipt date for the I-601 is March 16, 2015, still haven't heard anything. We will initiate contact with a Senator this week. I never imagined the wait would be such a torture, but it's important we don't give up!!! Stay Strong!!!

Odd.

Our visa was refused in December 2014 and, with the exception of one update about a week after the refusal, our CEAC updated date hasn't changed... it still remains in December, 2014.

The same goes with our USCIS updated date (which you can only see if you create an account and add your case to your list). It got updated a week or two after they received the waiver application, and nothing has changed since then.

Same exact here Cookie. We were denied December 2014. Our CEAC hasn't updated since our lawyer contacted them in June.

On May 21, 2015, they received my Form I-601 still waiting. My wife contacted her senator, and we are waiting for his answers.

The Nebraska Service Center times were finally updated today, now I-601 processing times are showing 4 months...I filed 5 months ago, now I'm confused. Has anyone been approved in August?
