So we've gotten our CC and an interview date (back on July 30th) and we still have not received the official CC email or the official interview packet 4 email.

Is this common?

You haven't got the interview email? Have you check and rechecked your email?

Case Complete that is no matter. But you need that Interview email for sure for so many things.If you

haven't you need to be calling NVC. Petitioner and Beneficiary should have both got the email.

Yes, we both have been checking our emails and spams. No interview email.

And when i was on the phone today finding out if our packet has left, didn't even think to ask where our important interview email was?

I keep waking up!! Interview time has passed about an hour and 15 mins ago. I will not know until he leaves and gets back out of Jerusalem, (Palestinian cell phones do not work inside of Israeli areas).

We had our visa today and were approved. We are so excited. We had to wait 3 1/2 hours for the interview, but it was really easy. Just asked my spouse if she spoke English. Then he asked me what I did for a living and where I lived. That was it. We are so happy!! Thanks for everybody's help.

yesterday i had my interview at 7:00 am .. By the grace of almighty ALLAH it is approved .. It was super easy only asked four question and consular said you will received your visa within 7-10 days , i hope i will get it by the end of next week .. Thanks to all members for helping me out throughout this process .

Okay, husband says he is not sure until he gets the visa in-hand. I checked and it is AP now. Will know for sure in two weeks!!! .

Did they keep his passport and asked him to pay for the courier service? That would be a telling sign of approval.

Did they give him a 212g yellow form? That would be a telling sign of the dreaded open-ended AP (they usually don't keep the passport in this case).

Hi all.
Does this happened to anyone here in vj?
My wife is my sponsor. We applied under f2a category but 5 months ago my wife became citizen and we request for upgrade. On 29 July our case was upgraded to IR1. Our pd is June 2012 and our case was completed on April 2014 before the upgrade. Now the problem is last week I called NVC for the interview. But they say its not schedule as our case is not complete. I was shocked to here that. Then they checked it and said its complete but its not updated in there system as completed. They have sent this issue to there supervisor. And now I don't know what to do and when can I expect interview to be scheduled. Already 4 months has passed since we received case completion email and yet they did not update in there system.
