AGREED and there are alot of profiles out there created just to spread lies to people who are really here for help. You can't be so gullible. back in 2008 it was all over the place.

See, I've been wondering about that.... the person that has been posting in here the last week or two with really terrible advice.... are they just trying to create chaos?? Do they think their stuff will be reviewed faster if everybody else screws theirs up? I have this really bad habit of trying to figure out what goes on in other peoples' heads lol.... I usually just end up frustrated and baffled.

I wrote the case number in the top right corner of each document in the IV package except for the originals. The originals, I put a sticky note with the case number on it. For some reason it seemed better to me to not mess with the originals. I'm sure you would be fine writing it on there too.

Hi Saylin, Could you please clarify this for me............

In my I864 under Part 7 Use of Assets to supplement income, I filled the 7.1 bank account balance question even though my wife does not meet the income requirements. We just wanted to let them know that she has a bank account with a small amount in it. We have a joint sponsor who meets the financial requirements and has provided all the necessary documents.

I included a letter from the bank where my wife holds an account stating her name, address, account details and checking account balance.... However I did not include any bank statements and still believe the bank letter would suffice to prove that she just holds an account since she does not qualify to sponsor me.... Is my understanding correct?

Umm I doubt that and if they are doing it then that's pretty stupid. Because we represent maybe 1 percent of actual filers at Nvc and of us only 0.1 percent might be able to get fooled with their chaos so I don't think their documents would have any chance if getting reviewed faster lol ;)

Thank you, it took them 5 days to respond. I sent the request and I didn't have a case number. I received the case # on 8/18 and the same day I got an email saying the request is under reviewed. And yesterday 8/20 I got an email saying the embassy has accepted the expedite

did you mail it to them or email the expedite ? also what is the address or email that you send it too?
