Hello guys,

I would be filing for ROC this week. My GC expiring on 10/16. I have collected following docs to prove our bonafied relationship.

· Copy of the passports showing joint trip to India.

· Copy of the joint tax return transcript for 2012 and 2013.

· Copy of joint house rental lease since August 2012.

· Copy of beneficiary designation showing my wife as beneficiary.

· Copy of our health insurance card showing a joint policy.

· Copy of our credit cards showing a joint account.

· Copy of joint checking and saving account at Chase.

· Copy of our airline reservations for vacations that we had or planning since 2012.

· Pics from our cultural marriage and reception ceremony which we did in India in December 2012.

· Pics from vacations we enjoyed with family and friends in USA and India.

· Copy of home mortgage pre-qualification letter from Bank issued for our home search.

All the utilities are on my name so no point in sending them. Would it be enough? also my wife did not change her name, would it be a problem? Nope! It won't be a problem at all!

I have an update but it's nothing to put on the ongoing chart. Our packet arrived at VSC on 07/19/2014 and I see today that they deducted my check from my account (pending) so I guess at the very least that means the application was completed correctly. Waiting for NOA.....

07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

Any one know when USCIS skip bio-metric? I had a trip to India in December 2013, so went through fingerprint etc. would USCIS consider it as current ?

Waived biometrics appointments were only for April and May filers for some reason. It's now back to normal so you will very likely get an appointment.

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Hi everyone. I've sent my package to VSC on 07/14, haven't received NOA yet. My check is cashed though.

I was wondering if anyone else sent that barcode page we have received with our first (2 year) green card. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere in this group or anywhere else in this forum. The paper said "attach this to your ROC to speed up the process" I wonder how much of a difference it makes. Also, am I the only one here, who held on to it for 2 years, and attached it to the I-751 form?
