For those lucky people who are getting approvals from TSC... don't forget to update your profile with your NOA2... jumping up the ladder on Igor's list is my only prop for now.

thanks...and congrats to all who are getting good news and the rest can't be too far off.

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number

Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere, and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

Yamen you just cracked me up :D Few weeks ago you were the one who was whining and loosing hope for a quick approval. I may be turning into ''old you'' now :) Thanks for making me smile :D

You're more than welcome

I'm happy to make you smile and laugh

You guys are going to love this one. Brett went to local Houston office. Forgot to bring my noa1 and thought I was screwed again. Super nice guy at window said I'm not supposed to but I'm going to look you up. Seems Brett got an RFE on 11-22-14. I don't have any rfe in my mailbox!!! He told me to write Texas Service Center and request they send another one. BRETT IS ON THE SCOREBOARD!!! WOOOT!! WOOOT!!

Thanks heaps :) I was doing totally fine until I saw these recent approvals this morning specially the one from January. I was like ''There is no eff.....way I will wait that long'' I will move heaven and earth to not let that happen. I have my bday Friday week so it would be nice of them to give me a little pressie :) :)

Actually I don't think that's from january, if you look their timeline they created it on June 15. And it show they sent their package on 14. So, I'm guessing that they just filled the date wrong.

July is already on 5 months mark and still has lots of people from June waiting for Noa2, and this frustration doesn't stop of getting bigger (it will just stop with noa2, if you know what I mean hahaha)

OMG, really?? Did they say why you couldn't see it after logging in to the site? There's definitely a link you can use to request a copy of your RFE. I just checked my RFE email and it said if I didn't receive it by 12/12 (it was issued 11/12) then use the link to request a copy of it. Did they give you the link? Do you need it? Because I can easily get it for you.

I am SO over the moon happy for you. Once you get that RFE and send it in, it's only a matter of a few weeks!! Please keep us posted!!!! :)

Funny thing is i'm logging into my account and the site and there is no rfe on there. Local office though said I had rfe sent out 11-22-14. I think data has gotten lost in the site change. If you are at 6 months and have a local office.......GO!!

40 calls or you meant 4 calls? Lol. Dang, you don't give and well, you got what you wanted and congrats, one step closer now! I guess I need to call in 10 days, they just sent my case yesterday (I was surprised since I got approved tuesday), the sooner the better! Hahaha, do you mind trying to call and getting my number? Just kidding! :)

Congrats!

That was a total nightmare! I literally sat and kept pressing redial over and over as soon as I heard the busy tone. Don't even get me started on how I had made several attempts through out the day as well! When I finally got an answer, I was so surprised to hear something different, I almost didn't react! The wait was about another 40 minutes or so but I didn't care. I got through and knew someone would get to me eventually. . .

Hell, I'm just happy as all get out to get an rfe. I know that means I'm close now. I sent in a request via the system, and I'll send them a certified letter tomorrow. I'm pretty sure they want more evidence of a relationship since I didn't put any pictures or anything in my petition. No sweat. RFE's seem to get processed in 4 weeks. After 6 1/2 months 4 weeks I can do on my head. Again, if anybody is hitting 6 months go to your local office. I'm sure I'm not the only one who got lost in the shuffle with this site change etc.

What's going on with TSC this week??? Al these approvals last week and barely anything in the past few days... I was starting to get hopeful, but now it's getting harder and harder to stay positive and not worry... I know my NOA 1 date is June 30th so I'll probably be the last one of us to get approved, but at least seeing everyone else getting their NOA2 showed me that TSC was working hard on our cases... Hopefully we'll get some more approvals soon!

Val: From the looks of things I would say they are working in the 16 to 20th range right now. Again, I would wait till 6 months and if no word go to a local office and ask what's going on. It worked for me today and I found out i had an rfe issued in nov and didn't even know it. There's going to be some screw ups with this change in format etc.

Hey guys I'm just so bummed out today. Our NOA1 date is June 23rd (I thought it was the 25th but apparently it's the 23rd) so techincially I guess we are still in the "normal" processing timeframe. --- Define normal. Anyway, I just hate the lack of communication here lately. I was so pumped up and hopeful when Josh told us about all the approvals they were pumping out last week. Then this week has been like SILENT. What are they doing?

I know I'm close to the end but man it's hard. I've been so positive this whole time. But today I'm just bummed. Anyone else out there that can relate?

I feel the same way. Last week was full of approvals and I feel wow, they are soon going to start approving July people. And now barely anyone has gotten approved and it's been a super slow week. I guess maybe they tried to do twice as much last week so they can wind down before Christmas :(
