RFE For meeting in person

So I got an RFE.. Need proof we met in person the last 2 years. I am in the Military. She is a Missionary. We basically lived there together for 4 months.

We sent in photos of us. I sent in Military Orders going there (showing when I need to arrive there and when I depart there). Also sent in Military Orders leaving there. No passport stamped for me.

For her side, she showed her itinerary arriving there and departing there. She also had a Certification Letter on "To Whom It May Concern" from her Pastor saying she had worked there for a year.

I am assuming my portion of arriving there is good. Maybe I should send in her Missionary Orders with the RFE? I was also planning on both of us just showing random monthly bank statement of us being in the same country that same month.. Please help or give advice.

And should I just send in meeting proof that was not sent in previously like her Missionary Orders, etc? Or should I send all that in with the other proof I had previously sent?

If you have lived together in the same place, did you have a proof of rent house or apartment? Same mail addresses? Photos are only secondary evidence.

Does she have a stamp in her passport? Boarding pass? receipts or bank activity that shows she was there? A letter from someone else is not good enough. Also, an itinerary doesn't prove she actually did what she planned.

I am talking to her now and yes she forgot there was a stamp in it. Haha. I am telling her to make copies of all of her passport pages. We are going to send in her passport copies. Her alien card. And also her Missionary Orders. I would think this would be good now. Do I just send this additional information in with the RFE Notice on top in a envelope letter? And also do I have to include pictures, her itinieraries, etc. again? Or just the new information?

I am assuming with me being in the Military and showing both sets of my Orders arriving and departing that would be good. Cannot really go against Orders lol...

That sounds okay, but without knowing the countries in question it is hard to answer. She has an Alien card? for what country? What country is she from?

Is she in the third country any more?

Just send the new info with the RFE page.

yea we sent pictures with the initial petition. I am not sure if I need to send the pictures again?

You think we will be okay If I just send her passport stamps? Because we would need to get her Missionary Orders translated. I am thinking of bypassing that part and just show that she went there with her passport..

So just forget about sending in her Missionary Contract? All that shows is her living there for year time frame. But we do not want to wait the time to get it translated.. lol

So do you think sending in her passport will be just fine (without her contract) ? It still shows when arrived in country and departed and proving we met in that 2 year time frame

I would also write a letter describing all of this, to accompany it, just to paint the picture for them as clearly as possible.

When I had an RFE for things I thought I had covered, an actual helpful customer service person advised sending everything you sent before plus more. You never know if some of your evidence some how got lost, or not noticed the first time. And the letter spelling out what all the evidence points out is good to.

that is very weird that you got rfe even sending pictures, from what i understood you sent all the papers correctly, im saying that couse last time i sent we were approved and was all those docs
