Basically is the long birth certificate

Well no news from here.

Got the "30 business days" spiel. I asked if she (Leigh) could tell me if my case was with someone and she said there was no way to know. A'ight.

i looked at your timeline and it seems we have a similar problem... my original marriage certificate was rejected. what did you include with your checklist response?

Spoke to a nice lady after waiting 34 minutes on hold and told me that i'll need to send the birth certificate ,i told her i did send the one that that they are asking for ( in a nice way) she told me that its a automatic checklist and they haven't reviewed may 7 documents yet ..

Hopefully shes right and i wont waste time thinking everything its good

that's odd, did your checklist specifically say "birth certificate"?

OMG really :( why? :cry::crying::cry::crying::cry:

The applicant has to remember all their old addresses and all the previous work places along with the dates and supervisors. I finished mine at 1am in the morning while on a Facetime call with my wife so she could review it before I submitted it.

I'm pretty sure it's only previous employment for the last 10 years and old addresses since the beneficiary was 16 years old. :)

Just got a checklist for financial evidence and birthcertificate ....and i included the birth certificate in the iv packet and its an original from the goverment and had it translated

Now what can this checklist be about let me call and wait 30 minutes on hold

I got a checklist for the same thing ( birth certificate) They just tell me it is a declaration of birth.. But it is the original .. Send what they want ASAP. You can ask for a supervisor review. Insist that the original is in the file.

congratulations!!!!

so far it is indeed following the pattern! may 5th scans yesterday, may 6th today, as is your case, except for lifeonhold they are going day by day.

saylin should add to the spreadsheet scan dates and acceptanche/checklist dates. they are key dates in predicting acceptance which then predict case completes. all you'd need is some basic stat skills or even I could make a prediction program based on all that data to predict for you all each step with some good algoriths that take into account standard deviations and other error checking

I read the first part of your comment and was going to say that not all May 5ths were yesterday because I am STILL WAITING lol. But then you mentioned me lol. ::sigh::

You know how extremely hard that would be? Especially when those time ticks aren't on timelines. And for those that even have signatures, it's uncommon to see scan dates. Same thing for the checklist dates. It's not on the timeline and not everyone puts in their signature when they send checklist responses.

Some operators don't like to give out anything special. I had 3 different operators tell me my file is actually in the review dept. So I think they can tell you more, they just don't. Act all confused and tell them you were told last week that your file was in the review dept and see what they say.

that's odd, did your checklist specifically say "birth certificate"?

On the first page it was asking for financial evidence and it was written in weird letters probably another language and on the 2 page it was asking to submit the birth certificate .

I asked her whats the checklist about and she said to send the birth certificate in long form ,i told her i did that i was looking at a exact copy of it and she told me to disregard the checklist then that it was a automatic checklist

That's why I don't even think it's worth calling today. Why is they are moving along with other dates but nothing has happened with our checklists?!
