I have asked that your post be moved.

With regards to your secondary question if he wants a US Visitor Visa, B2, he applies just like anybody else. The way you phrase it, probably not.

The likelihood of a visitor visa is remote at best. The reasons to go to the US can not outweigh the reason why he would return to Pakistan. he must show very strong ties to his country. And frankly his strongest tie is to the US and his wife.

Think like a CO, you are listing the cancer your sickness now convince me this loving husband will go back to Pakistan and leave his ailing family.

He can always apply it will have any negative impact on your future I-130 petition.

As far as the money order sure anyone can buy a money order in US and send to you. Or why not you send the I-130 package to them they get petition and send in for you (Chicago Lockbox).

Hope you are looking ahead and have your co-sponsor lined up for your Affidavit of support and proving domicile. You will have to show documents of that also. Good luck.

You (the OP) have not given any credible reasons as to why your spouse would return...instead, you have given numerous reasons why he would stay put in the US....chances for him getting a tourist visa are roughly the same as the sun burning out tomorrow.

dont wasted your time and money on visitor visa buz they r not going to give him visitor visa even thought he is married to us citenzen i was in ap 29 month until now i was going to apply for vistor visa they said they can not give me visitor visa until the I130 is pending so just make everything right and follow them whatever they said them they are working on every case i know its very hard to be away from your family love but just keep faith and praying inshallah you will get it soon

thank you

They won't give him a visitor visa merely because your family members have cancer or to take care of you. A visitor visa is for tourism, not a visa for him to take care of you and your family. He must prove he will return home. With his wife and child here they see he has immigrant intent, he will be denied his visitor visa based on that alone, especially from Pakistan with an i130 pending.
