So we called the texas center today, spoke to a nice lady who told us they are still processing 13 dec 2013 applications. The wait for no2 seems to be getting longer , feeling frustrated. Boyfriend thinking about relocating to California and re submitting our application.

They are not correct... go to Immigration Timelines at the top of the webpage, click on K-1 immigration timelines and sort by NOA2, you will see

that a few from February are now getting NOA2's and Texas is processing many more that CSC in pure numbers, yes TSC has many more to do than CSC, but they are making progress, at least that's what it looks like from the self-reported data on this website.

and u actually believe them,well the post above u shows how people who got noa 1 on march 27,same day as we did,got his noa2 couple days ago,maybe u should have told them that,the truth is there is no order and no one can tell u when u will get it,they lie to people so it seems they r doing it the fastest the can,so pure buls/it

No, as long as the petitioner has sent you everything you need to take to the interview, they do not have to be there.

what do you mean? You plan on bringing more evidence? I think they will probably not ask for more if you provided enough.
