What they exactly told you ?

That they working on December 17 2013

That I need to go to USCIS.gov to make an e-request .

When I went there to file it they told me to wait until 6 month to do it

Our petition is in the TSC. Sure is painful watching all the CSC folks move on past.

That's what I've been talking about! Those Feb filers are actually from CSC but they choose TSC on their timelines because they think they are being processed in TSC just because they sent their file

Well actually my 5 month is in 2 weeks and I already did I really don't care what they say about the 6 months... does not harm to try it :ranting:

I'm really sad with this situation and I will all that I can do to get an response!!! I just going to wait if they send me an answer in 15 days or 30...

Yeah, 5 mos. apologies. I was multi tasking haha! It will be expensive but we're like, what the heck let's do it! When my fiancé sent the application for his tourist visa, he regrets that he didn't do it sooner... So, if anyone out there can do this as an option to see each other and be able to spend sometime while waiting on K1, just go for it!

No worries...you got me excited there for a second thinking my math was off :). Unfortunately my work vacation schedule will only allow me one more lengthy trip this year so I am holding out until her visa is issued and I will go over to spend time with her family and friends for 10 days or so, then "escort" her to her new home. It would not be easy for her on her own as English is still a little difficult for her so I don't want her getting lost on the way :).

A tourist visa was not possible as she has no property, job, children or anything significant that would ensure her return so it would be denied.

The waiting continues. Good luck to you.
