The email will come from U.S. Department of State with your TRACKING NUMBER.  Have you already registered for pick up? If so, when you go to the DHL website and click on your tracking number it will tell you that is "ready for pick up by recipient"

Well, I called to get to know is my case complete, my PD passed already long time ago and i'm waiting already for the 5 month and they answered that NO, that they know, that they are already out of the time frame, because they have a lot of work. Honestly, I don't know what's going on there.

Hi Colleagues,

Kindly provide me with any advice that might be helpful with the query below:

"A US Citizen applied for her siblings but their mother is also a US Citizen. Her siblings now have F4 cases pending.  The question is this....Is there a process where their mother can cosign on the cases for the cases to now be F1 cases? If yes, how can she go about doing so? Or, would their mother have to file the cases over so that these cases can enter F1 status?"

Hey, few questions: when applied? Siblings are married or not?

And yes, the mother would have to file a separate I-130 for each of her children.

No mother cannot take over the case and would have to file a separate petition as mentioned. Though it may be considered a double expense her filing too it may be a good thing, depending on how long ago the sibling filed and you never know what could happen in the future.
