Ok, I am getting nervous, I sent in all my paperwork the first week of January and now I am seeing that the bulletin is now at June 1st. 2010! My priority date is Dec. 1, 2010! No case closed letter yet, what happens if my priority date becomes current before receiving a case closed notice?

That's what happened to me, plus after 6 weeks of document review i got a checklist to submit already submitted PC and now they say, that NVC is super busy.

My PD is 12 Oct 2009 and that's what happens, when your case is not complete yet - you are reaching 01 June 2010 and still waiting.

Omg, so sorry you are going through that. I hope your case will soon be resolved. I am hoping that everything will go smoothly for me and that I will get my case closed letter soon.

I wonder why the bulletin moved as far as it did though......

Yeah, I remembered that......but at the time a lot of people were saying that jump happened because of the new fiscal year thing that was about to start. That's why I'm wondering what the reasoning is this time around.

I hope so too, otherwise will have to contact Senator, cause I already don't know what's going on there. It takes way too long.

You still have like 1 more week,  that's the time frame for review the case.

Yes, that was due to the end of the fiscal year and remember I told you, that F1 gonna catch F2B soon:)

But this time it's not the end of the fiscal year, actually it might be 3 reasons:

1. Not many 2010 applicants;

2. F1 opt-out to F2B;

3. Ban of those 7 countries.

That's my opinion:)
