Well as if waiting 5 months just for our NOA2 wasn't enough, after my fiancé had his interview today and was approved they told him he probably wouldn't make his flight, bc they are having world wide printing issues. Sure enough this is the issue. Just lovely.

Jan 22 2014-NOA 1

June 2 2014- RFE through Email

June 6th 2014- Received RFE in mail then sent back with response through overnight mail

June 13th 2014- NOA2 through email

June 17th 2014- Received email notification that package is on it's way to NVC

June 18th 2014- Received NOA2 letter in mail

June 25th 2014- NVC received

June 26th 2014- Case number assigned

June 30th 2014- Case left NVC, on way to Germany!

July 2nd 2014- Case arrived in Germany

July 9th 2014- Received packet #3

July 9th 2014- Over nighted packet #3 back to Embassy

July 24th 2014- Interview approved

WAITING FOR VISA GLITCH TO BE FIXED, RESCHEDULING FLIGHT

August 4th- Administrative Processing

August 5th- ISSUED!

August 6th- Picking up Visa, and flying out.

August 9th-Wedding

Congratsssss on the recent approvals!!!!! Talk about this is ridiculous!!! It's BEYOND sickening at this point!!! My fiancé and I been waiting for 6 months, 1 week and 2 days!!! TSC needs to hurry the fudge up!!!!

I contacted my congressman a bit over a month ago, and was told the you should hear in 30 days speech… yesterday was 30 days, so I contacted his office today and expressed my concerns with this whole process and how there are many people being passed before all of us january filers and the cali vs texas issues. She responded saying "I completely understand your frustration and will be happy to contact the TSC again and request additional information. I will again express our concern, as well, about this lengthy wait time. I’ll be sure to let you know as soon as I have more information. "

so fingers crossed that more of us january filers hear very soon!

We just got approved! :dancing:

NOA1: January 24th

NOA2: July 24th

so it took exactly 6 months for us to get approval, we did contact a senator of Maine about 3 weeks ago but we dont think that played any part in helping our petition along (who knows?)

hang in there guys i was really beginning to lose hope and then so unexpectedly there was the email! and for the record my fiance (the petitioner) got a text but no email however i got the email as i signed up seperately for the updates on the website.

praying for more approvals asap!

Long time lurker, first time poster. NOA1 was January 25, 2014 and we just got approved now. NOA2 July 24, 2014, almost six months from the first date. I hope you all get approved soon too. :dancing:

Congrats with a little bit of jealousy :D Our NOA1 is January 24th too..

In other news, I found a case number for someone with NOA1 dated December 30th in another forum, and I added the case number to the mobile phone app that I have to follow their case out of curiosity. I just got a RFE notification for them at 9:30pm. It shows that they are working, and working late. I know RFE is not very good, but at least they are working on cases.

08/04/14 No update from USCIS. Filed a case with CIS Ombudsman
08/05/14 Senators/Congresswoman cannot help with my case because security checks are pending
08/05/14 Another Service Request created by Tier 2 since no response from TSC.
08/18/14 Email from USCIS in response to second service request - still on processing hold due to pending security checks
