Status update last night: "Initial Review". So now back to the stage where I were two months ago as CSC is starting review again. Don't know good or bad.

I got a letter today in the mail and it said CASE TYPE CRI89 APPROVED REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS NOTICE TYPE TRANSFER NOTICE???? What is this exactly??? Thank you guys.

It means that the case was transferred to the other service center (to CSC if you filed at VSC or vice versa).. or there is a very remote chance that it was transferred to the local office (it all is stated in the letter if you read down carefully)

Hi lola12,

It simply means your petition was transferred to CSC and nothing else. The language is weird and it gives the impression that the petition has been approved but it's just a language issue. USCIS is trying to fix it.

Hi guys,

I was gonna ask?...what about those who don't get to be transferred to CSC for adjudication.

How do USCIS choose who gets transferred and who does not.

Is it by random selection, or are there somethings or criteria that they look for and then transfer?

thank you guys. it was a funny story. I had checked my status since the beginning of March, but I had nothing. Today, I apparently left my phone at home, the first time i left my phone at home since the day i came to us. at the end of day, I had the feeling that I would get somethings new today. I rushed back to home to check my phone, and I saw the case status update. made a cross, and woohoo I got approved. Glory to God. True story. wish all the bests for the rest and see guys in the next process.
