Case transferred from NBC to Nebraska!?

Received my receipt notice:)) For my case transfer.. Is it good or bad?? It also said I should receive notice of action on my case within 60 days:))

It's good and normal. We had our case also transferred and beacause it was transferred to a different place that usually doesn't do k-1 visas it was approved a week after I got the transfer notice so usually the case is looked and approved faster when it's transferred good luck! <3

All we can do is hope these really get approved in 60 days or less. I guess by january we will see if its true.

Mine got transferred from NBC to Nebraska on 20 Nov. Only a month after filing. They sent me notices 3 days in a row that they transferred it. Guess they were as excited as me :-)

Anyway rumor has it they are expediting Filipino applications because of the typhoon. On the USCIS website they say they are expediting paperwork for Filipinos. This includes family applications for your spouse. Don't know if you have to ask or it's automatic, but I'm glad it's moving.

my case got transferred to local office as well in texas now, not sure that office there is slow or fast, just waiting for NOA2 too.... hope we get a good news soon.

We are waiting for our NOA2 for 49 days days already. Transferred to Nebraska. But we are trying to be calm and patient. It's difficult to do but we both try. I am so lucky that my husband is really a very optimistic person. He helps me a lot with my depression and frustrations in waiting for the approval.

We are Feb filers too & no answer yet the last update was on Nov 12.it is like this ' On November 12, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN.

We already call them same answer have to wait about 40 days & they said they are working on Feb now !!!! the question March fillers already got Approved !!!
