i-130 e-notification

My Husband sent our I-130 November 5th to the Phoenix Lockbox, up to date we have not received the e-notification.

Anyone knows how long it takes? Deeply appreciated.

I received enotification in 3 days. seems its been 7 days for u ,make sure it has been delivered to the lockbox from postal serrice.so wait for another couple of days an if not getting any, call USCIS

The email or text from the G-1145 is not guaranteed. Some get it some don’t. As long as you have your case# (call USCIS and get it if you don’t have yet) than just go to the site and register your case and create an account.

Have you followed the check or money to make sure it was cashed? Than you follow up with a phone call and get case#.

My husband called to check if the money order was cashed but it wasn't. we do not have a case number yet.

It was sent through USPS, when we checked it was delivered and signed for. getting nervous about it.

You don't check with USCIS to see if cashed follow the money if check check your bank. If money order check that. That operator doesn;t know.

its been more than enough time they usually have at least that data within a week.

should be enclosed, it will be returned

to be fixed via regular mail and the

check would not have been cashed.

It can take up to two weeks. It took ten days before they cashed our check.

same thing happened with me the first time. we got the package sent back to us coz my wife was too excited and signed in the wrong apot. lol

After we fixed that, we sent it again and it took 6 days until my wife got a text message from the USCIS and then the hard copy after 9 days.

It took about two weeks after we filed our I-130 before we got our receipt number.
