Hello, How long it takes NVC to schedule interview at the embassy in Algiers after being documentarily qualified. We had our case DQed in August 10, yet we are still waiting.

Unfortunately, I did not. I got an RFE so I just ignored it.

Hello everyone, I applied for a K-1 visa for my fiancé back in December 2020. After that we got married in March 2021 and submitted I-130 petition on July 2021. Today I got an email from the embassy telling me that they are in receipt of my K-1 case with further details on how to proceed. The problem is that even the I-130 petition had been accepted by NVC and only waiting for an interview to be scheduled. I am wondering what to do? Plz help

Ours went actively reviewing since February 10.

We submitted ours on July 8 online. The NO1 receipt came from Nebraska but wa month ago when I talked to uscis agent I have been told our case is in Texas.

I filed my I-130 online and the NO1 receipt address shows it came from Nebraska service center. Today i Talked to a live agent through Emma and he said that my case is in Texas. Which one to believe?

Do you mean since I already filed for I-130, filing K3 is free?

Hello, We filed for I-129f in December 2020 then we got married on March 2021. Then we filed I-130 on July 2021 and both cases still pending. Is there anything I can do to speed to process? Is it really that our I-129f considered void? Thank you

How do you get Emma live chat to tell you which center is your case at? I have been trying but with no luck.

Any updates? I applied on July and haven't heard from them yet. My service center is Nebraska as it shows on the receipt
