Have you been in touch with uscis? I saw on your time line it took you almost 7 months just to get the Noa1, that makes no sense! Especially since you are doing a dcf, that is usually a bit faster! Have you talked to the embassy?

Let me ask you a probably stupid question, you probably have checked it several times, the Noa1 you say you got after 7 months according to the timeline, that wasn't in fact the Noa2?

don't feel bad im a Jan.2013 filer and still no NOA2 either and I have done

everything. I even went to Atlanta Georgia where they said my file had been

transferred. it didn't help

2. Have you spoke to USCIS and asked where your file is ?

1. Why do you have you filed DCF (which means you are dealing directly with the embassy ) So did you or not.

2. When your husband (petitioner) calls USCIS what do they tell you?

3. Who filed for you? do you go through a service? do you have verified proof you were filed with receipt# (which should start with MSC).

4. Had your husband called their congressman/Senator/ombudsman?

5. You sure you haven't got an RFE and maybe it wasn't replied to?

my husband and i took 14 months in uscis and now another 4 months in nvc .its so slow .and not a word yet on interview date

When the Petitioner calls in, using a telephone, to the USCIS National Call Center,

and

then talks with a Tier 2 Human, an ISO,

what's the ISO tell the petitioner?

If that phone call hasn't been made yet, then

ask the Petitioner to call in on Monday.

i dont know,i just wondering why my NOA1 its tooks 7 months is not like other its tooks 2 days or 1 week im checking every month my case if change but still on initial review

15 months in uscis,and we did not file DCF i think my husband last call to uscis month of august and the uscis always saying just be patient to take so long the reason is too many visa in line to be process and they said my case is still on processing and always sayingto my husband after 1 week that he dont have letter received from uscis he can call again but he call after 1 week without mail received then its same saying again my husband he dont believe if congressman and senator can help and we dont have any RFE received we file on california service center then transfer to te vermont service center
