I won't trust them at all. Last time I talked to tier 2 the lady told me to wait till may 2014 and then call back, I don't think they have sufficient information to give us any feedback on our case.

How did you find out you were transferred to California Service Center.

I just found out that we were transferred to the Nebraska Service Center. I had to call and talk to a tier 2 to find out. (My case said that it was transferred to Lee's Summit, but as I've previously been told it was sitting at the Lee's Summit office, I just told them I was confused and that the emails hadn't given me any information. The officer was very helpful and polite. (Hurray for a competent officer!))

This is just insane, why can't they even do something as simple as transferring files in order. It makes ppl who are not transferred yet loose any hope that they had.

Thank you. When I told them that the case was transferred and we were moving ahead on their Daddy's case, they gave the biggest grin, cheered and danced around the kitchen with me. :P I'll tell you guys what, we're actually going to surprise them when he actually gets here. I'll make a video and share it here so you guys can see. :)
