Yup, there people from all over the world on this forum. I have seen many different countries. :)

My husband considers himself as a citizen of the planet at this point lol

Aren't we all citizens of the planet. They just haven't started a Earth Citizenship and Immigration Service yet or people would be waiting decades getting their 'green card'.

That's awesome! So it came directly from the NBC. Interesting. Enjoy!

Yup, mine also came in the same exact envelope, from Lee's Summit, MO.

I remember freaking out because the notification I received from USPS said: left at door/front gate, and I thought it was left outside. Glad to know it was placed in my mailbox instead.

P.S. Disappointed to see basically none of those in the NPIW journey with me received their green cards yet... :-(

They continue to piddle out at the speed of snow melting in Boston. Many mid-Marchers are still out. They seem to be perceverating on cases with NOAs of 3/31...Drip, drip, drip...just like a complaint to an urologist...

is there anyone who got the notice of potential interview waiver letter in NOVEMBER 2014 and get approved lately? i got the letter in last NOVERMBER.I made online request in JANUARY 2015,the webpage showed to wait for 30 days ,I waited and got no reply .So i made a second online request this month ,FEBRUARY. Now i am waiting for reply again .My medical test was done in last April ,it seem like I wont get my GC soon ,I begin to worry that I might get a request to ask me to redo the medical exam. Do you guys know if it will always ask to redo the medical test after it expires ? or some lucky people didnt have to redo it even if it expire .Tired of waiting .I applied AOS in JUNE 2014.I called USCIS several times too, they always told me my case is at my local office ,my local office is dealing with the case applied in JUNE 2014 which is same time when I applied .This was a good news to me .But after I read so many post here ,i begin to doubt if my case is really at local office .

They're only just starting to process applicants who received waiver letters in early July, so it's likely you'll have at least 3-4 months more of waiting unfortunately.

Okay so I decided to give them a call, got through to a Tier 2 for the first time EVER, He asked me if Id filed a SR before and I said yes and they sent me a decision according to my online tracking, guess what, he told me "They never answered it thats why you never got a response" So I guess I was seriously waiting for a ghost letter... anyways he's put an SR in for me and said they have to respond as a tier 2 did it, and I decided to ask if he could tell me where my case was and he said no, his response was something like "Oh well you're still in processing but you're in Texas and thats a border state so they are behind"

I now have As of February 20, 2015, your Filing Question, referral number WKD-----DAL, is currently not assigned for processing.

What does the WKD mean at the start there, something to do with Workload maybe? Never seen that on any of my SR's before

Natonstan,

I got the same beginning with WKD as yours, the request was sent by tier 2. Until now, no respond :(

As of January 21, 2015, your inquiry about a notice that you did not receive, referral number WKD021150xxxx MSC, is currently not assigned for processing.

Unfortunately when you talk with Tier 1, it's like dancing with the wrong partner. They don't have access to anything more than your number and the dates your application was filed and your NOA1. They tell everyone that their case is in their local office, because for most other visa classes this is true. For us, the few, the proud, the NPIW letter holders; we're in a different universe that most of them have never heard of. They are unaware of the putrescent aroma emanating from the vaults of NBC located somewhere in the suburbs of Kansas City, Missouri where our cases decay. The only people who can truly you about where your case sojourns at this moment is Tier 2, if you can cajole them into telling you. Not always easy. Some of them are good at poker, others are not. It was only this week that we determined that our case had finally left Misery and was in the Big Apple field office.

I can tell you this. Many of us have received letters from SR and Congressional/Senatorial inquiries telling us to expect a wait from 9 - 12 months from filing. Others, even those with NOA's in mid March have received letters telling them to wait another 120 days. That would be 15 months. If I were an agent for USCIS, I'd say be patient. But I am not so having been where you are at your point in the wait, just passing the processing date at your local office, I wasn't and neither have most of us here. I came on this thread on Dec. 9th when there were a little over 500 posts, 34 pages and the thread was almost a year old. Now look at it. 2-5 pages a day during the week. We're all impatient, frustrated, aggravated, seething with anger, down, happy for others... We're still waiting and not enjoying any bit of it...

Sorry, can't be anymore encouraging...
