hello vj friend

i am f2a visa catagory holder my pd date is feb 2012 and my case running in nvc

i paid my aos fees 88 $ on 16 July and payment status shows paid .....

and i send ds-3032 on 23 July to nvc via e-mail but not receive any mail by nvc to received ds- 3032

please give me all details after this what i do ?

and wht about i-864 form.

Hi,

It takes almost two week from the date you sent ds 3032.

You should receive auto response from NVC email .

You may not recieve this form from the NVC. I suggest you go to the USCIS website and download it yourself: http://www.uscis.gov/i-864

It's highly unlikey you will get the DS-230 either http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3194.html

You keep posting this question. You will not get any forms. If you read the email you got from NVC they directed you to the website to get the forms yourself.

You really need to go to the NVC filers thread and read post #1 and post#2. The forms getting is your responsibility.

All the form download at uscis website, use the new form for AOS

you can receive forms, via postal mail, if you wait about 3 months after this payment cycle.

However, most people chasing docs at NVC want to Go Fast, and (instead) :

1. Find LingChe in the Wiki then

2. Study LingChe in the Wiki then

3. Follow the steps listed in the LingChe page on the Wiki

If you not want to do that,

then I suggest you study more at the payment portal, as instructions for where to get forms are enumerated there.
