Wow, California petitions seemed to be getting approved fast!!

Does anyone know the approx. time for Texas? I'm guessing a lot of August filers are being sent straight there rather than Vermont or Cal.

Anyway... from all the posts I've read in this forum, when an RFE is issued usually means NOA2 is ready to go once the RFE is saitisified. Correct me if I'm wrong.

That is usually the case. They will go right back to your petition once they received the RFE. You're almost there! Good luck!

and still waiting.....

We sent ours on the 5th, received on the 7th, and got the text on the 13th. Still no NAO1 hardcopy :-S

Hey there, I had the exact notification and my lawyer says it doesn't mean much its completely normal and besides i got my no2 already so obviously it hasnt affected our application process at all. Good luck with everything !

Yep! I think petitions are being filed a lot faster than expected ...well in some cases I suppose

All of these NOA2 quick approvals have me checking the uscis website on our case status constantly now, haha! I even told myself I wouldn't be THAT person who checks all the time but I just can't help it with all of the good news from those who filed in August and have already heard back!

To be honest, we hadn't planned on it going that fast and actually didn't even consider that it may happen like that, haha. We've always been concerned with making plans too soon just in case it takes past 5 months... We definitely weren't expecting this! We haven't heard anything yet, so we're still waiting, but since others from CSC have heard back, we know it may be a possibility... So congrats to all of those who received their NOA2s already! In the meantime we will still be waiting patiently!

Yeah my check was cashed in the morning and I received my text message and email in the afternoon.
