Quick question, when you sent the birth certificate, police certificate etc etc do they have to be exactly the same (the template)when I translate them? because I wouldn't like to pay for something I can do or how should I do it so it can be legit? any examples I can see

Only July 4th is a federal holiday. Despite this, I'm sure there's quite a few employees who will be taking Friday off as well for vacation.

Today when I logged in to the payment portal I got the message: "This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted..." I remember seeing in the May thread that people were getting this message and being concerned. However, I see the FAQs say it's not a bad thing. Is this nothing to worry about?

Those people in the May thread ended up getting the invoices within a few days (after calling to confirm with NVC it was nothing serious). So, yeah, just wait laughing.gif

I just rescieves a check list and this Iis what I got, can u guys help me what is needed???

[x] This form must be completed by typewriter or black ink.

[x] You will need to complete and submit the new form completely filled out (all pages required), which includes the changes noted below. Submitting single pages of the form with the correction is not acceptable. USCIS recently updated Form I-864. Therefore, you must ensure you complete and submit the new edition of the form (03/22/13 edition) available on U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services' website: http://www.uscis.gov/i-864kay I.just rescieved a check list but I dont understand it can somebo explain to me what is needed here

just translate it.. make it accurate .. then you sign a paper attesting to the accuracy of the translation.. there are some examples on vj, and after a few clicks and digging through the nvc thread I am sure you will find them

When I got that my invoice was up the next morning!
