When I sent the actual package I sent it to cmr but the checklist I sent to dr. If it really matters, I don't know. Saylin?

I don't see why they would care if you earned less one year than the next.. I guess it would depend on the person checking it

You still have 5 more hours until the day is done!

All check list go thwe attn DR (document review). That make processing fasters because they will just look at the checklist to see if it completed. Dont sent to CMR. It will look like they have to start afresh

is it true, if you can't log in to the payment portal anymore, it is an indication your case is complete?

In the past, being unable to sing-in to the payment portal was a precursor to the case being complete. However, that is no longer the case as the payment portal is still accessible after a case has been completed.

Hi all, i am facing a strange issue,

we sent our aos n IV packets on 21 st june. along with this i sent a request for name change as well.

We recieved an RFE on 3 rd july saying that please send aos and IV packets but with my changed name. we called nvc n was told the name chnge is relatively simple and simeone must have done this but your rest of rhe packet is not yet review.

we have been calling everyday since then n we are getting varied responses.

yesterday they said we dont have any of your packets just the passport copy attched along with name change request.

my question is whether they have not yet reviewed our packets? is it possible they lost our packet? we sent it via our attorney.

Please HELP !!!

Just got off the phone with NVC. We have been approved. Case complete. Waiting for interview to be scheduled.

This NVC wait is worst than USCIS wait. It keeps you on the edge all day.....

Appreciate some Advice Please.....

My Attorney had sent the AOS and IV packet on June 21. A letter indicating change in last name for my wife was also included. (name update after marriage). I received a RFE July 3rd, indicating my wife's updated last name and indicating NVC has not received AOS and IV packet (Form and supporting documents).

I am confused what is going on, FEDEX shows the package was delivered on June 21st. I have checked with the attorney and they have confirmed all documents were sent in one packet.

When i call NVC they say, all they have received is wife's Passport which has been scanned into the system. How can they misplace AOS and IV forms + supporting docs. Can this be a case of false RFE and I just wait for 20 buss days to be complete. Its going to be a big problem getting a duplicate marriage certificate from India.

My attorney has already replied to the RFE via email asking NVC to recheck the documentation.

Is there anything else i should be doing? Should i reach out to the senator's office?
