Just wanted to come and let a few old timers know that my babe went yesterday and had her Citizenship test and interview and passed. She received her oath ceremony letter for the 27th. This is the end of our journey for the legal stuff but a new journey that we will have the rest of our lives to complete.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thanks for the congrats. My babe has called I think everyone and is still talking to her friends at the shop. She is a happy camper. New citizenship and a new home we bought and about to move into. Life is good for us.

Lynne. I resurrected the garden thread for you and posted my answer there. Thanks for reminding me about that old thread.
