Hello,

I was wondering, when you filed your I-130, did you also file the affidavit of support? I forgot to do that but am not sure which form to submit. I just sent the I-130, the Bio data and my pay stub. What other forms or documentation should i have filed? Any advice is deeply appreciated. :whistle:

Since then I have not received any thing from CSC, Immigration Officers in customer service line had told me to contact them at the end of the first week of July if I have not received anything by then. :crying:

I got Approval of my both ( for me and a child) I-130's today! yesterday i had a first touch since april, and later today their site said that our cases is approved and notice is sent!! WOOHOO!! IM SO HAPPY!! :D

Hello,

I was wondering, when you filed your I-130, did you also file the affidavit of support? I forgot to do that but am not sure which form to submit. I just sent the I-130, the Bio data and my pay stub. What other forms or documentation should i have filed? Any advice is deeply appreciated. :whistle:

13April Sent I-130 to CSC

16April CSC Recvd I-130

24April CSC states have case pending

27April Cashed check

Since then I have not received any thing from CSC, Immigration Officers in customer service line had told me to contact them at the end of the first week of July if I have not received anything by then. :crying:

29May Sent I-129F to Chicago

04June Chicago states received and pending

07June Received NOA1 for K3

15June Chicago transferred case to CSC

28August Will fly to Germany to see my hubby :blush:

As my timeline shows, i filled and sent my two petitions on march 2nd 2007.

I followed the guide in VJ and sent following forms and documents-http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?autocom=custom&page=i130guide1. I didnt send affidavit ( they dont ask to send it yet).

03-02-2007 Two I-130 petitions (for spouse and stepchild) sent to the TSC

04-12-2007 Received both NOA1 by mail from the CSC

04-14-2007 Touched (both)

07-03-2007 Touched (both)

07-04-2007 APPROVED! NOA 2 ( both)-- 83 days from NOA 1 to NOA 2.

NVC:

07-16-2007 Assigned NVC case numbers,generated DS 3032,AOS bills generated ( both)

07-19-2007 DS 3032 ( choice of agent) sent by email (both)

07-20-2007 AOS bills sent (both)

08-02-2007 DS 3032 accepted ( response via email) for spouse

08-13-2007 IV bill generated ( for spouse )

08-16-2007 DS 3032 accepted via email for stepchild(NVC screwed up the USC SSC number)

08-20-2007 IV bill received by mail (for spouse),IV bill generated (for child)

09-03-2007 IV bill received in the mail ( for child)

09-04-2007 AOS Packet received by mail, IV bills paid and sent (both)

09-11-2007 AOS Packet sent back to the NVC

09-25-2007 AOS Packet accepted(both), IV bill accepted (both)

10-02-2007 DS-230 generated ( both)

10-03-2007 DS-230 sent to the NVC (both)

10-30-2007 RFE-got false checklist about missing docs. NVC mistake :(

01-28-2008 CASE COMPLETE (both) OMG! FINALLY!!!

02-20-2008 NVC scheduled my interview for the april 8th

Olechka, did you send yours on March or April? Since per the list below it is written as april... Mine got no touch at all, I am hoping to get approval within the month, but somehow it bothered me how come there is no touch at all.

Hi, we'd like to add our info to the timeline. Dumb question: do I add it myself or is someone in charge of doing the updating? We chose the IR-1/CR-1 route and you can see our timeline below - just received our NOA2 that our I-130 was approved! So you other March (and earlier) filers, hang in there, could be any day now. . . Nov. 25, 2003 - After a year of almost daily e-mails and calls, flew to Sydney to finally meet

Jan. 19, 2007 - Married in Sydney
