After the interview, I was told I can choose either August 5th or 16th to have my Oath Ceremony. I chose the 5th.

I guess my Visa Journey is almost completed.

Approved for Citizenship! Oath scheduled for July 30th. The finish line is near!

For anyone who has to go to the Queens, NY location be prepared to wait! We got there at around 8:30am and did not leave until 1pm.

He answered to six questions and wrote "Columbus Day is in October". Was only asked for tax transcripts and that's it.

A review is a brief summary of what happened when you went to the interview. What questions did the officer ask you? Did the officer ask for any documents? It helps the ones who haven't had an interview prepare themselves..

My application is based on 5 years, the appointment was at 9:30 a.m.The officer called my name and leaded me to her desk. She asked to see my passport(s), green card, Driver licese, and married certificate ( as I re-married and I use my current husband's last name). She also asked a few questions about documents just to make sure about Date of Birth, country of birth, and current address. After she checked all the documents, she asked the questions as on N-400 form (yes/no questions).

She started the interview by telling me to read the question she chose, then I wrote what I was told. She asked me only five questions,

-What is the highest court in the United States?

-What is the name of the Vice president of the United States now?

-What group of people was taken to the States and sold as slaves?

-How many justices are on the suprem court?

-Who is the commander in chief of the military?

So..she said 'congratulation' to me after I completed all questions correctly. I received the N-652, and she told me the Oath ceremony schedule letter will be sent within 60 days. And..that 's all what I had on my interview day. I am just so happy right now.

I forgot to mention this, another couple waiting with us told us that the husband (immigrant for citizenship) was asked if he knew his wife's social security number! I find it strange but you never know.
