Trying to catch up with the NVC, haven't take so long to get connected but IV invoice is not yet ready... It's been 5 days already since DS3032 was accepted! What's going on, why some got their invoice same day their DS3032 accepted?

Saylin, do you think my mom can have her interview by April?

If you can wrap up the NVC process in the next few weeks, a late April interview may be possible, but I'm thinking it's more likely it'll be early May. But you never know!

I called again today. They asked where my NOA was, what it said and if it said it was sent to NVC. I said "I don't know, I'm not at home right now to get it. I just know that online, my petition said it was approved and that it will be sent." I think I had to say that 5 or 6 times. They asked when, I said Feb 15th. Oh well give us AT LEAST 15 days from then before we can do anything.

Ya know, I might just do that. Wait until March 4th then call again. It's too expensive for me to wait on the phone for 20 mins at a time. :( BUT I am NOT waiting until March 20th when my husband gets home to start calling them just because then we have the piece of friggin paper. Not happening! I want my side done by the time he gets his a$$ in gear.

I have had butterflies in my stomach all day! While I did get the checklist for the AOS, we also got the IV bill invoiced today.

Paid it, sent the AOS Checklist stuff in an envelope and the IV packet in another envelope. Its on its way, overnighted to New Hampshire!

Nothing else for me to do but wait for case complete (or another checklist, errr).

I can't believe we're finally this close!

Now Im daydreaming.. could we get a case complete in time to get an April interview date? Weeeee!

I'm impressed, they haven't even picked up my affidavit of support yet, and I still haven't received the signed 230 from my husband. I'd like this while portion to be over because we still have the waiver to get through after this.

I feel like my heart-rate and blood pressure have gotten higher ever since I started this journey. Now that we have sent in both the AOS and IV packages, I'm feeling much more nervous. How long is it currently taking for them to process these packets? Still the 2-3 weeks?

NVC took one week each to process our AOS and IV packages. Hope you will be done soon as well
