You just need a visitor visa.

Do you have a girlfriend in the USA now or are you trying to get a American girlfriend?

You can try to get a work visa

win the lottery visa

visitor visa

Business visa

If you do not have a girlfriend in the US then please do not commit fraud and break her heart and use her for a greencard

Do you already have an American girlfriend? If you do not have an American girlfriend, this is not a dating site, and it isn't very smart to post that you are trolling for a US Citizen wife. It has fraud written all over it.

What is your age? I betcha there is a market for older retired women who want to live in exotic lands that might fit the bill just right for you.

Indian food is so yummy and diverse that it provides a generous incentive for someone to live there. Mmmmmmmm.......

No, not at all. And sorry if i didn't explained very well in my first post.

Yes, she lives in US. I am a businessman in India. So i have to do nothing in US really. All i want to do is, go there, visit the country, some places, and talk to her parents about marriage.

Then come back to my country with her.

So what type of Visa it would require? I would need atleast 90 days for this all. Not going to do any job, nor i want to settle in US.

Another point is that i actually got the American citizen, who can be guarantor if it's required, as when they were in India, i took care of them.

Nothing has changed.

Officer may not grant the B1/B2 visa based on your situation. You may be considered as an intended immigrant. They may suspect that you may go there to marry then do AOS.

So you basically said that visitor visa is better choice.

Thanks, how long it can be? Considering that this all will take at least 90 days.

B1/B2 is a visitor/business visa category. You may take a chance to apply for B1/B2 visa, and see if you have luck to get approval.

You can go to this site: http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/

to get further info for visa that you may be interested to apply.
