IM ALGERIAN CTZN AM MARRIED WITH AMERICAN CITEZEN WE FILED OUR I-130 2 WEEKS AGO AND WE JUST RECIEVED THE RECEIPTE BUT THERE WAS 1 ST PROBLEM EVERY TIME I CHECK MY CASE STATUS IT SAYING THERE IS NO CASE UNDER THIS NUMBER...IS THAT NORMAL AND HOW LONG IT TAKE FOR THE SECOND STEP I MEAN NOA 1....PLEASE HELP ME ASAP ...I NEED MORE INFORMATION ABOUT WHAT I HAVE TO DO AND HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR HELP

You have to wait a few weeks for the information to be uploaded. It look my case at least a month until I was able to see anything online.

All you can do is wait. But while waiting these months you might as well get ready for the next stage the NVC so when you get approved you will have everything at the ready.

Timeline

The wait varies based on where your application is filed. VSC is backlogged and its been taken over 7 months to be approved. Since you're filed after august 15, your will be forward to NBC and then to a local office. You should search the timelines to get a better idea... .

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

LOL im just scared to wait soo long my baby is waiting with his mom ...i have to be there when he born .... ijust dont know when ill recive my NOA1 we are in the second week for now
