I couldn't find anything on this for my I-129F petition. Should I list the G-1145 as part of the "contents" portion of the my cover letter?

No. You have the G1145 with check or money order attach on the top of everything than your cover-letter than the I-130, G325a and so forth.

G-1145 E, mail notification put that form on the very top of your file,when your file is received. you will get a e. mail.

An I-130 is needed with a fiancee visa application?

No. It is not needed when you file the I-129F petition, or when the foreign fiance(e) applies for the K-1 visa at the consulate in their country. The I-130 is for spouses.

Not sure that everyone understood the original question. I was not asking WHERE to put the G-1145 form, but should it LISTED as part of the contents of the package in the cover letter. Clear now?

I did not list it as part of the contents as it was placed on top. I got my e-mail just fine.

I am so sorry meant I-129F.And I said No as in No you don't list the G1145. Sorry for confusion.
