I AM NOT THAT GUY

What do you think Romney and the Republican controlled House and Senate should work on first?

that comes right after one of the liberals on the scotus dies or retires.

If Romney wins, they won't let any of them die, or retire. Ginsburg is the eldest, and she turns 80 next year. Breyer is not far behind, neither is Kennedy. Scalia is in that same age group. A stroke or a heart attack could change the character of that court easily.

its not lady parts they care about. its the babies in the dumpster.

Where do babies come from? I mean, I know, but as far as I know they still need to gestate inside a woman's uterus.

Tax reform please...

#1 The first 30,000 an individual earns is not taxed.

#2 Get rid of all tax write-offs: Mortgage interests, personal deductions, charities

#3 Have a two-tier tax system. The first tier going to 250,000.

#4 No more corporate tax

#5 Work on replacing income tax with VAT taxes.

As far as the lady-parts: Please don't censor them from the internet Do not let the UN take control of the internet.

Announcing the pipeline will drop oil prices 30% within a week. The speculators will pull right out and the price of oil will fall like a stone!

Really? I think you are ignoring the fact that the price of oil is set on a world market and any future contribution of shale oil will be puny. The increased fuel economy standards Obama has pushed more than offsets any potential supply of oil from that reserve. And as long as that oil is still there it is, at least, a hedge against future shortages.

Some people on the right have made much noise over the fact that gasoline prices have increased under Obama. If you look at the actual reasons this has happened (in the real world, not right wing fantasy land) you will realize this is reflective of a good thing. Gasoline prices were even higher under GWB in 2008 before his policies tanked the US economy and plunged us into a deep recession taking much of the world along for the ride. This huge slowdown in the world's economy resulted in a dramatic decrease in the demand for oil and prices fell to less than half by the time Obama took office. As the economy has improved so has the demand for oil and therefore the prices are again nearing what they were before W drove us over the cliff. Claiming that a new North American field will significantly drop the price of oil here ignores reality. What might really reduce the price at the pump would be Rmoney's huge tax cuts for the rich and the resulting potential for us going back into that recession and maybe even a full-fledged depression this time.

Oh, I realize Mitt said at the last debate that he will change deductions so that the rich don't pay less. That is what was on his Etch-a-Sketch that night. Do you believe that is what he will actually do??!!

I didn't forget 2010. The tea party freaks got nothing done. Nothing. They're all hat and no cattle.

They did what they were put there for. To stop the Obamabots from destroying the country any further.

Kill the Dream Act, cut back on welfare, mandatory drug testing for all welfare recipients, open up ANWR for drilling, push the Keystone Pipeline Project, punish businesses that hire illegals, and push for mandatory voter ID laws for starters.

I'm glad to see most of us have figured it out and are with you.

Some will just never get it. Socialism, Welfare, Communism, will always be failed policies.

The economy is almsot the same and in some cases worse than the day Obama took Offcie, but yet gas prices are double. The gas prices were low because the Economy was bad is a load of Horse Feathers. That having been said the president can not wave a magic wand and control gas prices. He can do things that make it easier to bring oil to the market and possibly have some easing of prices over time.

However the Dems screamed about Oilmen in the white house and blasted Bush for Gas prices so I guess turn about is fair play.

I don't know how any President can get by with saying they will change deductions, raise taxes or promise to do much of anything. Congress has to pass all of these proposals. Obama promising to raise tiaxes is equally a promise he can't assure he will keep. It's insane as well.

However as Americans sit there and listen to all these lies and choose sides based on whose lies we agree with. We should be cleaning out Congress instead.

Romney should declare Martial Law and deport every lib to North Korea. That right there would take care of most of this countries problems.

"I want to take this opportunity to mention how thankful I am for an Obama re-election. The choice was clear. We cannot live in a country that treats homosexuals and women as second class citizens. Homosexuals deserve all of the rights and benefits of marriage that heterosexuals receive. Women deserve to be treated with respect and their salaries should not depend on their gender, but their quality of work. I am also thankful that the great, progressive state of California once again voted for the correct President. America is moving forward, and the direction is a positive one."
