hello everyone! i am new to this website, so heres my story....i applied for my fiance visa April 12,2012... it has been 6months and i havent heard anything? i keep on calling, they told me now they are going thru March 5th applications i dont know how long it will take till they get to april 12. I am so stressed out, i cant sleep... i want this visa to be approved so i can have my fiance here with me, i miss him so much :( 2 of my good friends have brought their fiances last year and it took them 4-5 months they came in the US, it was so easy for them...!!

how long does it usually takes? they told me 5 months? :( everyone keeps telling me to be patient and wait...but it has already been 6mths, they told me i might wait another 2-3 months just so it can be approved, then of course by the time he has his interview and all it might be a YEAR :(

thank you all

much love

Europe girl ;)

Your petition is at the Vermont Service Center, which is currently on the slow side. Quite a few VSC March filers are still waiting too. I made it close to six months when our petition got approved. Hang in there and check Igor's List: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=1&visa=1&scenter=2&option=3&sortby=2
