I received a notice stating that my husband's application was transferred to the MO office from the CA one. On this forum, the Missouri office is listed as dealing solely with benefits and not I-130 forms. Does anyone have any idea what this could mean?

There is a whole bunch of August and September 2012 filers getting their I130's sent to NBC in Missouri. I am one of them too. They are balancing workloads on VSC and CSC and the NBC is helping out.

Pretty much everyone with a single I-130 petition from Aug 15th onward has been given MSC numbers and sent onto the NBC and then to local field offices unless they're otherwise notified.
