I had an interview last week for a K1 visa after an interview i have recieved 221(g) reason medical report .

Actually my medical report was still pending but as per instruction i have recieved by the embassy i could schedule an appointment without medical report and then later the report can be submitted.

The concular gave me the letter mentioned medical report and said once they recieve medical report they will contact me for further instructions.

it says :

section 221(g) which prohibits the issuance of a visa to you because you have been found ineligible to recieve visa under blah blah blah

please disregard the unmarked paragraphs

- medical report.

Section 221

Rest all boxes are unchecked.

I want to know is there anything wrong ? and if it means there is no other issue other then providing them medical report. Please help

Just worried :)

Nothing wrong. You said it yourself "i could schedule an appointment without medical report and then later the report can be submitted"

What they gave you is the administrative paperwork that holds that end of the bargain... meaning: Go get your medical, pass it and get your visa.

That simple

221g paper they have given me they have mention the reason and that is medical ..rest all the boxes are uncheck , i assume you know about the other paragraphs or ineligibility

after my medical is done and clear ...can they still give me another piece of paper raising any other issue.Becuase i have provided all the proofs and affidavit all the necessary documents and they have asked me all type of questions during interview.

what i want to know can they still raise issues like affidavit of support or not enough proof of legal engagement etc. because i thought it shouldn't be an issue other than missing medical report.

you are from a Muslim country and there is still a good chance you will be put in administrative processing even after the medical has been done and received by the consulate

Got a reply from embassy:

You may drop the passport at the US Embassy.

Your case will be reviewed again and if everything is fine, you will receive the passport with the visa between 1-2 weeks approximately through DHL.

Are they issueing a visa now ??
