Senegal desperately Need Wolof Translation pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Hello all

If you remember me I was here before for quite some time during the 20 months of processing it took to get my husband his visa forom Senegal to the USA .... we finally were awarded the visa and he arrived here 4 months ago in april..... I might add that everly living second of those long months were spent in anticipation of his arrival ... he claimed to feel the same way but unfortunatley I have was fooled. ... as soon as he arrived I sensed someithing was different and occasionally would stumble upon suspicious things like phone calls, excessive skype credit used by him, his advertising on dating sites and porn ..... but with each accusation I made, he came back with such an innocent response that I ended up beating myslef up for having supposedly misjudged him ........ I love him so much and really didn't want to let my doubts get in the way, however I still had my intuition to contend with and did look into matters further believing he had someone else.... I just prayed to God for the truth to come out so that if he was innocent< I could began to trust him.

Unfortunately, as of two weeks ago I discovered that he had began a relationship with another young woman just 4 months after I left Africa .... she has just given birth to their baby in May!!!!!!!! .....they have continued a beautiful passionate relationships both there and here for 18 months now.... I have read countless intimate skype conversations that completely shocked me .....most in french which I can speak ... .I literally felll apart and gave him some money and a train ticket to go and stay with family ... I didn't have the heart to put him o the street and tried to at responsibly .... I could not function for the last 2 weeks ... I am devastated......... I've recently returned to work and every day is so empty without him ... I am trusting in God Who is my constant strength ....

My reason for posting here is to ask for some help .......... I need to know more details about his relationship with her at to whether it existed from before our marriage or if this was all a plan to use me to get a green card etc.... and basically I want to know as much as possible before filing the divorce .... According to USCIS he won't be in any trouble until he has the adjustment of status but they have told me that I need to give an accurate account of all that happened.

SInce some of the phrases of my husband's conversations were in wolof I will need some translation help .... I am looking for someone to translate the audio recordings he left on my skype which I had allowed him to use because he didn't have enough credit ... ironically my skype automatically records my calls ... without my knowing, the conversations they had were stored on my PC ......... I would like to hire someone to translate them ... perhaps someone from here ... I am willing to pay .... so please let me know if you would be interested.

thank you all for your kindness ....and perhaps these words may mean nothing but definitely what I read in french was the real thing and they are very much in love and determined to make a future together with their new baby .... at this point I need to determine if there was a former marriage between them in order to file my divorce correctly .... I am already certain from what I read in french that she is to reunite with him here ..... perhaps marry at that time, but he already calls her his wife so who knows ..... If you have solid proof you can take all the evidence to USCIS by making an info pass. It sounds like you do have such proof

with all the passionate skype conversations.

It would be even more so if you could proof their(marriage?)relationship happened before you petitioned him. Perhaps it was a traditional marriage. If so then his family and friends must have known all along.

Don't feel like your days are empty without him....he can not possibly fill that void doing what he has done, that is an illusion. You deserve so much more than that.

I am so sorry to hear about this. You deserve better. Right now, it sounds as if you need to separate emotions from reality just a bit. You are right; he is an illusion, so you can't actually feel empty without him. Without a doubt, based on the evidence you have in French and of his use of dating and porn sites "AS SOON AS HE ARRIVED", you can say for certain that he used you for papers. It's extremely common!

Regarding the messages, I can have them translated completely for you in a private message. Some of them I understand, so I'll message you now. Basically, yes, he's married, which disqualifies him from being in this country with you, as a matter of federal law.

I sincerely hope you are not trying to protect him from deportation. Obviously, he should go back home so he can be with his wife and daughter, and so you can move on with your life. Don't reward his evil.

He is "married" to someone else. There is no decent conversation needed. He scammed her and it is too late...way past midnight.

She needs to protect her assets,change the locks and not allow him around her whatsoever.

Not necessarily. It could be the OP was married to her husband BEFORE he married this other woman, making the second marriage null and void. Either way it proves fraud and I would definitely let ICE and USCIS know that he married someone else either before or after her (whatever the case), that he has a child to another woman and that she was obviously used for immigration purposes.
