today we got a second fre.now,im wondering,is any hope to be approved after this?

are you sure it's second rfe maybe you got things confused by reading the uscis website..what did you read on their website? is it request for evidence response review??

because if that's the case it's not additional rfe...it just notification to let know that they got your rfe and they are reviewing it..unless the passport photo you submitted is not correct..did you send US passport photo? goodluck!!!!!

I have seen timelines with 3 to 4 RFE's and then approvals. Just give them what they ask for and all should be okay. Serbia might be a more difficult country to obtain a visa from.

Exactly - so don't get too downhearted. Just respond to it in a timely manner.

If it's an rfe just respond to it and give them everything they ask for. I had an rfe and it was approved after we sent in what they wanted. The only thing is after you have sent you have to wait almost 60 days to know whether your petition is approved/denied. Hang in there

If it's an RFE and you can respond to it properly, of course you can get approved. They'd have sent a denial if you couldn't.

as long as you dont get denied, there is a chance of approval, dont lose hope and respond to them. waiting sucks but we all have to do it
