Hi guys,

I just wanted to ask.... if it okay to submit that DS-3032 email from my husband (the beneficiary) to the NVC? I have not gotten any communication (email or courier) from anyone related to our application since the NOA2. I was only able to find out my case # and IIN# by calling them 1-2 times a week, which I just got 2 days ago. I have been to the NVC payment portal as of this morning, and our bill has not been created yet. So I don't know if I should keep checking on when to pay the bill, or if I can ask my husband to email that DS-3032 template (filled in with our info, of course) even though we have not gotten any DS-3032 request yet. I just don't want them to be irritated with us since we are sending them stuff when they haven't requested us for anything.

Thanks for the help... and sorry to keep asking the same questions that I know must have been previously asked, though it's hard to navigate through so many pages.

I am at the same place you are. I took 16 business days (I think) from the time they received my case until I got the case number (which I got by calling them again, though haven't received any email or hardcopy). I don't know why things are taking so long. I still see people who only have a few days of gap between their NOA2 to case received to case number... so I don't know why there is so much delay with ours. I haven't gotten my AOS bill either. Haven't gotten any communication from them at all since the NOA2 actually.

I would wait until the AOS invoice is emailed to you. I'm not sure how long the wait is supposed to be, other more knowledgeable forum members would be able to tell you that.

Yes, you may submit it now. And because you got your case number 2 days ago, to save time, it would be best to email the DS-3032 right away.

I sent DS-3032 from my wife's email account on the same day when we got our case # and IIN #

We got our AOS bill invoiced about 2 days later and rest of timeline is in my signature.

I would wait until the AOS invoice is emailed to you. I'm not sure how long the wait is supposed to be, other more knowledgeable forum members would be able to tell you that.

Typically AOS gets invoiced in 2 to 5 business days for majority of applicants. If it goes beyond then it's out of normal time frame from my observation in recent months.

If you did not make any inquiry emails to NVC earlier than 1st communication from NVC will be your AOS bill assuming both email addresses are entered correctly in their system ;)

Called NVC & told us our case is complete..

NVC message us:

The U.S. Embassy/Consulate General has accepted this case for expedited processing.  This  file will be immediately  forwarded to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate General.  Any further questions concerning processing or the interview appointment date should be directed to the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General.

Please note that the U.S. Embassy or Consulate General may still request additional forms or fees at the time of your interview. Please be prepared to submit any missing forms and pay any required fees at the time of your interview.

==========================================

Soo now,

Does any1 here who also received this kind of message from NVC?

Is this a good news that our case will be expedited & send to US embassy right away?

How will we ever know that our case is in the embassy??

Do we have to wait until the embassy will Call the beneficiary for her interview date? Or we will be the 1 who will call to the US embassy?

What paper works do we usually prepare for the interview?

What fees do we need to pay in the US embassy?

Or does it mean the physical medical Exam fee?

Our case : CR-1
