* so even with all that your still under 5 months! Not the same thing at all. People are waiting 7 months for just phase 1, they still have more waiting after that.

My complaints are for those past the 5 month mark. Obviously at some point we'll be impacted too - whether in 2, 3 or 6 more months.

I hope it will be tomorrow or Wednesday Islandgal. Thanks everyone for the support. It is crazy the length of time but maybe now it will be coming to an end. Tomorrow will be 195 days without a word at all from them...I think there's only 1 other user from the January filers who is currently active and waited a similar amount of time (with a received date of 1/18 or before). It would be great to be approved before July is over..Only 1 day left. I don't want to get any closer to 7 months...

I understand. I was just tryin to help. Despite me being at CSC and 3 month approval I still care about my VJ family members and would gladly rally sign or march on VSC.

And although yes June 29th I got my approval I am still not at NVC. My friend qP & Thomas been waiting at NVC 42 days no case #.

So that 3 month approval gain me nothing. But at least my case was located on friday and I pray this week it finds its way to NVC.

I am sorry for all who have been waiting way past what should be aLlowed. Its very unfair. I'm sorry. I do care. :(

I think we really need to take actions on our own. Service request, congressman/senator, tier 2 phone call, seems none of above are working at VSC. Some Jan filers have been waiting for over 7 months, our feb filers are closed to or over 6 months. It doesn't make sense of this stupid process. Even starting from this week, four or five approvals from VJ everyday is not enough to catch up the timeline.

I would suggest someone lead to draft a standard complaint letter and send it to VSC director and USCIS director directly. Whoever wants to cosign on the letter can provide their last name and last four digit of case number.

Our VJ family need to work together and ask for at least a relatively fairness answer from VSC

Sep 10, 2012 - Hasn't receive physical P3, submit P3 to GZ embassy.

That is long overdue. Have you tired to contact your congressman?

Yes, we did call USCIS, went to Senator's office to ask for help..This time we will try the Infopass before going to the Ombudsman. We are really in distraught. It would be fine if they sent us an RFE, at least we have something to accomplished. But our application has been languishing since September 2011 and got nothing..

I know how you feel... We sent our petition a year ago and it hasn't even been touched since the VSC received it. My husband is a permanent resident so we expected a longer wait for our NOA2, but it's awful not knowing what's going on. Since we are still nowhere near the published processing times (Jan 2011...), we can't even put in a service request.

Best of luck, I hope you'll get your NOA2 soon.

My F2A/IR-1 journey:

USCIS:
4 August 2011: I-130 sent (while husband permanent resident)
8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
24 April 2013: Interview
12 June 2013: Oath ceremony

What was the result of your inquiries?

Or do you have multiple results from your multiple inquiries?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
