Just because you don't understand what is legal and illegal does not mean that mods support illegal acts. In fact, this website only supports legal immigration procedures. If you think a mod supports illegal things, maybe your understanding of the law is lacking.

HAHAHAHAHAHAAH u are hilarious... i know my rights and i know the law very well.... so i understand the law. if someone is breaking the law i have the right to say that. maybe u need to educate yourself dont worry i dont mind helping you

in certain ways i agree with Harsh, cuz some MOD's really support illegal ways on here and always on the side of the OP.

Can I see an example of a moderator supporting illegal immigration activities? Surely if this happens "always", you'll have plenty to choose from.

S/he thinks that adjusting from a tourist visa is illegal, and since the mod explains that there is a legal procedure for this in certain circumstances, s/he thinks that the mod supports illegal activity.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Oh of course. So no logical examples.

Yes Mods have done that by banning ppl from thread where they don't need too.

When mod were questioned why they banned a user they come up with some silly reasoning like of person was arguing....

It is not unerstanding of the law... but when mod just thread bans someone and than the reason is ohh u were arguing hence you were thread ban.... does not seem right to me.

I have mods response which says exactly same.

I'm sorry, I must be missing something, because I'm not sure what this response has to do with moderators promoting illegal immigration activity.

The thing is there was a thread going on where certain ppl were arguing about doing the household chores (for expecting daughter) on B1/2 was ok, Certain ppl on the thread were in opinion it was legit coz they were not getting paid for the household chores and they were family.

I was trying to explain them it was still illegal most cases USCIS looks other way in such situation and would not take any ssignificant action as they dont have time for such cases.

Mod comes thread bans with earlier stated reason... hence the point of this thread was infact Mod should had shut everyone down just thread banning one person meant mod was supporting the other ppl.

As per USCIS such work is illegal on B1/2.

You're trying to say that people who are on a visitor's visa are not allowed to do the household chores of the family they're staying with? That it's ILLEGAL?

I think Harsh is referring to a parent coming as a full time time nanny or something. IE doing all chores 7 days a week. Its perfectly legal to help family out here and there unless it becomes their sole occupation.

No, Harsh77 is claiming tourists have to be tourists, and family must cater to their every whim. If the guests want to show some appreciation for the hospitality, it should be in the form of a gratuity, which would be income and have to be reported to the IRS.
