This time, last year, we were checking mailboxes daily for any progress on the K-1. It's hard to believe that the "long" wait is done and we'll be married for six months, this month! The wait REALLY isn't that long, for all who are still in the process. You're just in Love and anxious to seal the deal! - I'm speaking from experience!

Now that it's done, we're finally getting around to the AOS and getting a work permit since the initial S.S. card is stamped "Not Authorized" regarding employment in the U.S. We're also applying for an Advance Parole to allow her to the U.K. to take care of some family business as well as prepare for a Blessing Wedding ceremony for us there. Without the AP, she wouldn't be able to return to the U.S. and the AOS (Greencard) app would be voided.

The next "wait" will be for the three year anniversary (2014) to apply for her citizenship and do away with dealing with the Greencard!

Just a btw - the 3 years count as far as I know (and I'd be happy to be corrected on this one) from the date of your greencard, not from the date of your wedding.

And don't forget to remove conditions when the first greencard expires...

No your correct. The 3 year citizenship wait has nothing to do with a wedding anniversary its everything to do with the green card residence since date.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Just a small note, it looks like she has been here about six months or so without filing for AOS. AP will not eliminate the ban for any overstay. Check your dates carefully prior to her leaving the US with AP.

Yes.

OP> If her I-94 has been expired for 6 months or longer, do NOT have her leave with AP only. They will issue AP to her, but if she leaves it will trigger a ban and she will not be allowed to enter using AP. The AP instructions even warn about this on Page 3, #3 A: http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-131instr.pdf

She needs to wait until she has her green card to travel outside the US and be able to re-enter.

Just so you're aware - you've been married 6 months so it means her I-94 is expired and that she has some overstay. Your timeline says she arrived 15 Nov 2011 so her I-94 expired Feb 13, 2012 and you filed AOS 26 April 2012 so she has 72 days of overstay. While she doesn't have enough overstay to accumulate a ban, she should be very careful using it because it does NOT guarantee re-entry.

Also, she doesn't start the clock on being eligible for citizenship until she gets her GC. Then its 3 years from the date on the card.
